piCture pOlish Gene Doll - Swatches and Review

Today I have a smashing pink/purple/fuchsia glitter to show you, piCture pOlish Gene Doll.

Gene Doll is from the new glitter collection and comprises of small and medium hex glitters. From left to right, I layered one coat over  OPI Pink Friday + OPI Bubble Bath for the jelly sandwich effect, two coats over Deborah Lippmann Edge of Glory, one coat over Essie Bikini So Teeny and finally one coat over OPI Pink Friday.

As I was swatching Ozotic Beam 906 (I'll have it for you next week!), I thought Gene Doll would compliment it beautifully. I love this particular combination.

Finally  a zoom to show the density and how the light plays off the glitter to switch it from pink to purple. The formula on Gene Doll was fantastic and left a nice glossy finish. The glitters all stayed put with no curling/taco-ing.

If you would like this polish, head over to piCture pOlish and add it to your cart! You can also like piCture pOlish on Facebook, follow them on Twitter or pin them on Pinterest.

This polish was sent to me for review by piCture pOlish. My thoughts are in no way influenced by the company.

    1. The soaking method is genius! Removal wasn't too bad with this one though which was good.
